1. Who we are
RNDGen (rndgen.com) is run by IIG Global OÜ, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, VAT number EE102995822 (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected]. By using RNDGen you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you accept them on its behalf.
2. The service
RNDGen generates test data and passwords. The generators work without an account and are free. An account adds saved schemas, AI data and mock APIs within the limits of your plan, shown on the pricing page. We improve the service all the time and may change or remove features; if a change takes away something you pay for, we tell you in advance.
3. Your account
Use an email address you control and keep your password and sign-in links to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16. One account is for one person; share work through a team instead of sharing an account. You can delete your account under Account → Profile; if you own a team with other members, remove them first or write to us to hand the team over.
4. Fair use
Do not use RNDGen to:
- deceive or defraud anyone, for example by passing generated identities, documents or card numbers off as real;
- store or send real personal data, secrets or unlawful content through mock APIs or AI descriptions;
- overload, probe or attack the service, get around plan limits, or resell access without our written consent;
- break the law or the rights of others.
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. Generated data
Generated data is random and fictional. Any resemblance to real people, companies or numbers is coincidence. Generated passwords are created on your device; we never see them, so store the ones you keep in a safe place. You decide how to use what you generate and are responsible for it.
6. Your content
Schemas, collections and mock API records you create remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you. What you put in a team library is shared with that team and stays with it if you leave the team or delete your account.
7. AI data
AI data uses a third-party model (see the Privacy Policy). It designs fields and value lists from your description; its suggestions can be wrong or incomplete, so check them before you rely on them.
8. Mock APIs
Mock APIs are for development and testing. Anyone with the address can read and change their records. They come without guaranteed uptime or performance and are limited by your plan.
9. Paid plans
- Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the seller of record.
- Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in billing; the plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account ends any paid plan immediately; the rest of the paid period is not refunded, apart from the 14-day withdrawal right below.
- If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment for a plan: write to[email protected] and we refund it in full. Apart from that and what the law requires, payments are not refunded for unused time. When the latest payment for a plan is refunded in full, the plan ends at once, whatever that payment was for: the first one, a renewal, more seats or a switch to yearly billing.
- You can change your billing period, and the owner of a Team plan its number of seats, in billing. Moving to yearly billing and adding seats take effect at once: the difference for the rest of the current period is charged then, and new seats can be used once that payment goes through. Moving to monthly billing and removing seats take effect at your next renewal.
- A Team plan is priced per person, for at least 3 people, and paid by its owner. The owner and team admins invite and remove members; the owner changes the number of seats in billing. Removing a member frees their seat for someone else and does not change the number of seats paid for. When a team has more members than paid seats, those who joined last lose Team access until a seat is free.
- We may change prices. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days before.
10. Availability
We work to keep RNDGen available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise of uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of anything important.
11. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and as mandatory law requires. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Account holders hear about important changes by email at least 30 days before they apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. Business users agree to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn. Please write to us first: most problems are solved faster by email.
